Dra. Gertrudis Hortensia González Gómez

Egresada de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), la Dra. Gónzalez Gómez recibió el título como Bióloga en 1984.
Más tarde, realizó sus estudios de Maestría en Ciencias en el Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), obteniendo el grado en 1987; de igual manera, en la misma institución obtuvo el título como Doctora en Ciencias en el año 1992.
